Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Standard orders must be placed by 4:59 PM ET to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 3 business days from when the order is processed. Expedite orders must be placed by 12:01 PM ET to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Shima offers FREE STANDARD 3 DAY SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $30 and over (excluding taxes). Orders $30 and over always ship for free—no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $30, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for Standard 3 Day shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3 Day shipping.

Gift cards are shipped separately from merchandise with USPS First Class Mail for FREE. For shipping to Hawaii & Alaska, P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses, Sephora.com uses USPS Priority. The delivery charge is $6.95 per order.

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico we offer USPS (Priority), 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. Orders $50 and over will be shipped free of charge with USPS Priority. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

P.O. Box

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority free on orders $50 and over. If your shipment contains restricted items, you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post).

International Shipping

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, call Customer Service for assistance at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672).

Business Days & Holidays

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 11:59pm Pacific Time (PT) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays (UPS orders only):

  • New Year’s Day

  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

For packages shipping to Hawaii & Alaska, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses using USPS Priority there are additional holidays in which packages do not ship from our distribution centers including: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran’s Day.

Multiple Shipments

To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our Sephora warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on Sephora.com, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.
